Job Description

As a Product Owner at MSTR, you are the link between our customers and the development team. You translate customer needs into concrete product requirements and ensure that we build the right solutions. You work on challenging projects in various sectors, including construction/real estate, legal/financial, software companies, and government agencies.

We are looking for someone who can translate the customer's vision into clear, structured roadmaps with a sharp eye for both business and technical value. Are you someone who can lead teams and prioritize to deliver maximum value? Then this is the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities

• Managing the product backlog and setting clear priorities.

• Interest in Data and AI and the ambition to further develop in this area.

• Collaborating with stakeholders to develop product vision and strategy.

• Acting as a connecting link between customers and the development team.

• Leading sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.

• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

• Strong communication and analytical skills.

• Knowledge of software development processes.

• Affinity with AI and data-driven products.

• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Pluses

• Technical background or understanding of software architecture.

• Experience with AI product development.

• Knowledge of prompt engineering for LLMs and generative AI.

• Experience in one or more of our focus sectors.
