• Software tool: Savi, the AI-driven software developed by Innovation Factory for data analysis and transcription.

• Personal data: Any information about an identified or identifiable natural person.

Article 2 - Collected data

Savi processes the following data:

• Audio and text data for transcription purposes.

• Identifying information such as name and email address when using customer accounts.

• Metadata about usage statistics to improve services.

Article 3 - Purpose of data processing

The collected data is used for:

• Providing transcription and data analysis functionalities within Savi.

• Optimizing the software and ensuring security.

MSTR processes personal data based on the following grounds in accordance with Article 6 GDPR:

• Performance of the contract: to provide Savi's services.

• Consent: where explicitly indicated and granted by the user.

Data is processed and stored securely in the cloud (Azure) with advanced encryption. The following technologies and services are used:

• Azure Speech Services: Secure and accurate transcription of audio.

• Azure Storage: Secure storage of data compliant with privacy legislation.

• Azure OpenAI Services: Advanced AI models in a secure environment.

Article 6 - User rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access, correction, and deletion of your personal data.

• Restriction of and objection to processing.

• Data portability.

Requests can be submitted via admin@mstr.nl with a valid identification document. You will receive a response within a month.

Article 7 - Data sharing and third parties

Savi does not share personal data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data is only disclosed to competent authorities if legally required.

Article 8 - Retention period

Data is retained in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. You may choose to delete data earlier or have it automatically cleared.
